Leith Steel – celebrating enogastronomia
Leith brings an incredible passion and wealth of knowledge to the table – the dining table. A former San Francisco-based restaurant consultant, Leith’s career included a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu and years as professional cook. In early 2013 Leith came to Italy to immerse herself in the food and wine that forms such an integral part of La Dolce Vita.
From time to time we’ll chat about life in Italy, and particularly about food and wine here. Click here to discover her thoughts as she discovers a culture that celebrates food and wine!
